Dr Baughan has been a partner in the practice since 1998.  He currently works 3 days within the health centre (normally Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) and the other 2 days a week he works as the national GP clinical lead with Healthcare Improvement Scotland.  He has a particular interest in supporting people living with frailty, long term health conditions and those with palliative and end of life care needs.

Dr Meeten is a salaried doctor within the practice.   She has a special interest in mental health issues.   She is involved in the medical education and teaching of GP trainees within the practice.

Dr Duncan joined the practice as a salaried GP in 2023 and became a partner in the practice in July 2024.  Her normal working days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. She has a particular interest in sexual health, mental wellbeing and vulnerabilities.

Dr Cameron Livingston, FRCP(Glasg), BSc (Hons), MBChB, DRCOG, MRCGP

Edinburgh university Graduate 2004

Dr Livingston joined the practice as a Partner in July 2024, having previously worked as a partner in Tayside.   He has a particular interest in respiratory medicine and takes the lead on training within the practice.   He normally works on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Mairi is one of our Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Margaret is one of our Advanced Nurse Practitioners, who works in Dollar on a Monday and Tuesday

Sophia is one of our Practice Nurses, She works in Dollar all day on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday  and mainly deals with our Chronic Disease Patients.

Mary is trained in venepuncture, the recording of blood pressure, to show you how to use the home blood pressure monitors, heights and weights and to do Ecg's.   Mary Joined the team at Dollar in 2002. 

Along with Mary we also have some other Phlebotomists who cover Dollar weekly on a Tuesday and Thursday. They are employed by the healthboard so they vary from week to week.

Tracy is based in the health centre Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursday's 

Aisleen Reid is our Pharmacy Technician who works in Dollar all day on a Monday.

Cheryl is one of our District Nurses she works out in the community or in our Treatment Room on a Tuesday and Friday morning.

Health Visiting services are shared with Tillicoultry Medical Practice. The Health Visitors are based there although they are in Dollar Health Centre every day.  Their contact number is 01259 750350. Their primary role is to promote health and well being in individuals and families, however they also cover a wide range of other social and welfare issues. These services include health advice about under 5’s and support services for parents. All Childhood Immunisations are now administered at Tillicoulty Medical Practice.

Ms Suzanne Miller is an Advanced Physiotherapist - She is one of our Joint specialists and works with us on a Tuesday afternoon and all day Wednesday.

Robin Syred is our in-house Mental Health Nurse. Robin has telephone consultations on Monday's and is in the Health Centre on Wednesday's and Friday's providing face to face appointments. 

The role of the Mental Health Nurse is to provide a mental health service to patients who present with issues related to their mental health. These will include common mental health problems such as: acute anxiety/ depressive symptoms, situational crisis, bereavement, and stress.
