The health centre will be closed on Tuesday 5th June 2012 for the Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday.
We will be open as normal on Monday 4th June and reopen on Wednesday 6th June at 8am.
During the closure, should you require urgent medical advice, please contact NHS 24 on 08454 24 24 24.
If you require a routine appointment, repeat prescription, or your call does not require immediate attention, please contact the surgery when we reopen.

Dr Baughan is a partner in the practice. He works 3 days within the health centre and 2 days as a clinical lead with NHS Forth Valley and Healthcare Improvement Scotland. He has a particular interest in supporting people living with frailty, long term medical conditions and those with palliative and end of life care needs.

Dr Randfield is a partner in the practice. She has a special interest in women's health and runs a specialist coil clinic. She is involved in the medical education and teaching of GP trainees within the practice.

Dr Meeten is a partner in the practice. She has a special interest in mental health issues. She is involved in the medical education and teaching of GP trainees within the practice.

Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Fiona Drysdale is one of our Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
Sophia is one of our Practice Nurses, She works in Dollar all day on a Monday, Thursday and Friday and mainly deals with our Chronic Disease Patients.
Mary is trained in venepuncture, the recording of blood pressure, to show you how to use the home blood pressure monitors, heights and weights and to do Ecg's. She is also qualified in the administration of certain injections, including Vitamin B12 and seasonal influenza and pneumococcal immunisations.
Jo is our practice manager associate. She also works as a healthcare assistant within the practice.
Fiona McGirr is our Practice Manager. She also works with Forth Valley Health Board and Healthcare Improvement Scotland to support various quality improvement initiatives within the NHS.
Una is deputy Practice Manager and has specific responsibilities to look after the appointment system, chronic disease management recalls and IT
Health Visiting services are shared with Tillicoultry Medical Practice. The Health Visitors are based there although they are in Dollar Health Centre every day. Their contact number is 01259 750350. Their primary role is to promote health and well being in individuals and families, however they also cover a wide range of other social and welfare issues. These services include health advice about under 5’s and support services for parents. All Childhood Immunisations are now administered at Tillicoulty Medical Practice.
Mr Hamish Gordon is one of our Mental Health Nurses, he works in Dollar all day on a Wednesday.
