Public Holiday Closure

The health centre will be closed on Tuesday 5th June 2012 for the Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday. 


We will be open as normal on Monday 4th June and reopen on Wednesday 6th June at 8am. 


During the closure, should you require urgent medical advice, please contact NHS 24 on 08454 24 24 24. 

If you require a routine appointment, repeat prescription, or your call does not require immediate attention, please contact the surgery when we reopen. 

Travel Information

NHS Forth Valley's Immunisation team now run the  Travel Health Service for NHS Forth Valley patients.

Patients can self-refer to the service using a risk assessment e-form available on the immunisation page on NHS Forth Valley services page. Link available here https://nhsforthvalley.com/health-services/az-of-services/travel-health-service/

 

Patients should self-refer with at least 6 weeks’ notice so that immunisation(s) will be effective at time of travel. If patients are unable to use the e-form, please contact the immunisation administration team on 0800 130 3120

 

Patients will be assessed by Immunisation Nurses trained in Travel Health and recommend appropriate treatment.
